35,000th deposited paper in Oxford

In a funny coincidence, the pre-published manuscript of the black solider fly paper that I co-authored, which I submitted to ORA (Oxford University Research Archive), was the 35,000th paper to be deposited to the archive (yay it is almost like winning the lottery….well apart from the lack of monetary rewards, but who cares…). ORA ensures that all research published by members of the university becomes available to the general public that, via their taxes, have ultimately paid for the research.
